Ram is building excitement for upcoming announcements with a mysterious social media post that could signal a major event — possibly the return of the legendary Hemi engine.

In a short video clip released on the brand's official platforms, Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis and popular auto blogger Heavy D Sparks make an appearance. They chat at a table, when suddenly a character in a flight suit appears, grabs a cookie, and comments on Kuniskis's jacket. The clip ends with the date: 06.08.25 and the slogan “Nothing Stops Ram”.

The caption on the post reads: “Start those engines — something big is ahead”, which only adds to the intrigue. A pinned comment from Heavy D on Instagram says: “Ram is in Tim's capable hands”.

While the video leaves more questions than answers, fans and insiders are already speculating. The flight theme and the phrase about starting engines sparked associations with the return of the Hemi engine. Notably, the 5.7-liter Hemi had the internal name Eagle — in honor of the F-15 fighter jet, and the first Hemi Chrysler was originally developed for aviation.

Insiders from TK’s Garage and Butter Da Insider claim that pilot versions of the Ram 1500 with Hemi are already being assembled at the Sterling Heights plant. They also report that the V8 might return in the new Charger Daytona, despite earlier statements of a full shift towards electrification.

All details will likely be revealed on June 8th. Until then, we can only wait and watch for new clues from Ram — or leaks from those close to the production.
