In China, the pre-order phase for the Toyota bZ5 — a new electric car of the 2025 model year, has started. Two versions are available for now. The entry-level version is priced at 130,000 yuan (approximately $17,930 at the current exchange rate). The first cars will be handed over to customers on June 10.

Technical Features, Equipment, and Comfort

Under the hood (or rather, under the floor) — is a single electric motor with a power of 272 hp. Depending on the chosen battery, the range will be 550 or 630 km.

For Toyota, the novelty is unusually advanced: the equipment list includes more than 30 driver assistance systems, including highway driving assistance and automatic parking.

Safety is ensured by the updated Toyota Safety Sense system. Additional perks:

The dimensions of the crossover (4780 mm in length, wheelbase — 2880 mm) guarantee a spacious interior. Width — 1866 mm, height — 1510 mm, ensuring enough space for everyone.
