Chinese automaker Chery has begun accepting orders for the new city electric car QQ Duomi. In 2025, this model became one of the most affordable electric cars on the Chinese market. Buyers are offered two modifications: with ranges of 305 and 405 km (according to the CLTC cycle). The starting price is just 59,900 yuan (about $8500).

Despite its modest dimensions (length — 3.72 m), QQ Duomi looks stylish: triangular headlights, hidden door handles, and a decorative panel between headlights give it a modern appearance. Inside, there is a concise digital dashboard (7 inches), a multimedia screen of 10.25 inches, and an unusual solution — gear modes are changed via the steering wheel.

The 40 kW electric motor is paired with two battery options — 28.5 or 39.33 kWh. In its maximum configuration, QQ Duomi travels up to 405 km on a single charge. Additionally, the senior version supports the VTOL function — the car can be used as a portable power station for external devices.
