Lincoln has completely revamped its flagship SUV, the Navigator, and at first glance, it seems like an entirely different vehicle. The new design is noticeably sleeker: vertical lines, a massive grille, and more striking wheels that can now reach an impressive 24 inches—the first time in the model's history.

Inside, there's a true digital cockpit: a 48-inch display stretches almost the full width of the dashboard, and there's an 11.1-inch touchscreen multimedia screen at the driver's fingertips. All of this is complemented by Lincoln's signature Rejuvenate system, which creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, akin to a luxurious lounge. However, despite technological advances, nothing has changed under the hood.

As in previous years, the 2025 Navigator is equipped with the same reliable 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 EcoBoost. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The fuel tank capacity is 89 liters.

Recently, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the official fuel consumption figures, and here's what came out:

An American owner will have to spend about $2800 on fuel annually, which is noticeably higher than the segment average. For comparison: the 2024 version was slightly more economical—averaging 13.1 l/100 km, with an annual fuel cost estimated at $2600.

Apparently, the increase in curb weight and possibly the aerodynamic features of the new design played their part. Yet, it remains one of the most powerful and comfortable vehicles in its class, and potential buyers are unlikely to prioritize its fuel consumption.

As for prices, the starting cost of the 2025 model in the US is now $99,995, making it significantly more expensive than last year's version. However, for this price, you're getting not just an SUV, but a luxurious "smart" liner on wheels.
