The brand behind “millionaire tanks” is moving closer to its American clientele and the premium market they inhabit.
Latvian automaker Dartz, long known for its extravagant armored vehicles, has announced plans to launch U.S. assembly of its Prombron Black Stallion SUV. The move marks a significant step toward expanding the company’s presence in America and meeting growing demand for ultra-exclusive armored rides.
Despite its intimidating looks, the Prombron Black Stallion CLV sits on the familiar Hummer H2 platform. The lineup includes two versions—Platinum Black and Aladeen Black—and buyers can even opt for body and interior trim made with real gold. Dartz stresses that the precious-metal accents are exactly that: genuine gold, not an imitation.
Every Dartz model comes with the brand’s signature hood ornament, The Spirit of Victors—a nod to the iconic mascot found on Rolls-Royce vehicles. Its exterior is further distinguished by a Picassian Sliced grille, styled in bold Art Deco fashion.
By shifting production of the Prombron Black Stallion to the United States, Dartz aims to strengthen its foothold in the luxury armored segment and offer customers more bespoke, high-end configurations.

The body is crafted from carbon fiber and Kevlar. Inside, things get even more over the top: exotic wood, alligator leather, stingray hide, and Nappa leather are all part of the mix. Beneath the alligator-wrapped armrest sits a biometric gun safe—because of course it does.
Power comes from a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 paired with a 48-volt EQ Boost hybrid system borrowed from the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. Combined output is rated at 558 horsepower, though Dartz claims the setup can be tuned to deliver as much as 1,000 horsepower for buyers who want truly outrageous performance.
