Cadillac Unveils Lyriq-V and Escalade IQ in Person

Cadillac brought cars for fans who want it all.

At the Guangzhou auto show, Cadillac revealed two key electric models: the sporty Lyriq-V and the flagship Escalade IQ. Both are built on the Ultium platform and showcase the brand’s current design language, featuring vertical LED accents and a prominent closed grille.

The Escalade IQ is presented as a large electric SUV with its signature tall front end and bold lighting. It prioritizes comfort with a spacious interior, supportive seats, and a large infotainment screen that underscores its premium status.

The Lyriq-V features a more aggressive body kit, darkened lighting, and larger wheels. Inside, a wide curved display combines the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The cabin offers premium materials, modern driver-assistance features, and adaptive suspension.

Both models rely on the Ultium electric architecture, supporting fast charging and adaptive torque distribution. Cadillac is betting on expanding its EV lineup, and these vehicles mark a new chapter in the brand’s evolution.

With its overall specs, the Lyriq-V positions itself in the 2025 premium segment, competing for buyers seeking a mix of design, technology, and performance.
