Jeep Grand Cherokee 2025 in Signature Edition is getting ready for debut
Jeep is preparing an update - the Grand Cherokee SUV will be released in a special version.
Jeep is preparing the Indian debut of the Grand Cherokee 2025 special edition — Signature Edition. The premiere is scheduled for late June, and this will be the first limited edition of the current generation, which entered the Indian market at the end of 2022. Judging by the official teaser, no major technical changes are anticipated, but new details will appear in the design and interior. In particular, the equipment will include a tablet holder, side steps, and a dashcam — a classic set for special editions.
Under the hood will remain the previous 2.0-liter petrol turbo engine with 271 hp and 400 Nm of torque, combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission and the proprietary QuadraTrac all-wheel-drive system. There is no mention of a diesel version in this configuration for India yet — Jeep is focused solely on the petrol option.

From the brand's experience, it can be assumed that the Signature Edition will not be limited to mere cosmetic innovations. Jeep traditionally implements unique elements in limited editions to refresh interest in the model. Since the release of the current Grand Cherokee, there have been no major updates, and this special series is an excellent opportunity to add novelty and attract attention.
An interesting example is the recent limited batch of Wranglers in India, where all 30 cars were quickly sold out. This proves the effectiveness of such an approach and explains why Jeep decided to launch the Signature Edition for the Grand Cherokee. It is expected that the price will slightly increase, but the main focus will be on the premium exterior and additional comfort rather than technical specifications. Overall, this is a logical step to maintain interest in the model and stimulate sales.
