AEV’s new FX370 package brings 37-inch tires, upgraded suspension, and heavy-duty armor while undercutting the more extreme FXL build.
American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) has expanded its lineup of upgrades for the latest Ford Super Duty with the introduction of the new FX370 package. Designed for truck owners who want serious off-road capability without stepping up to the massive 40-inch tires found on the flagship FXL package, the FX370 strikes a more practical balance.
The biggest difference is its set of 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO3 tires wrapped around AEV’s 18-inch Salta wheels. According to AEV, the smaller tire size is more than capable of handling most off-road trails while delivering improved ride quality, easier daily driving, and better overall usability on pavement.
Like the higher-spec FXL, the FX370 comes equipped with AEV’s DualSport RT suspension system, featuring a 4-inch lift and specially tuned Bilstein shocks. The setup increases ground clearance while maintaining a comfortable ride and confident handling during everyday driving.
Up front, buyers get AEV’s heavy-duty steel front bumper with provisions for a winch, while the rear receives a high-clearance steel bumper designed to improve the departure angle and provide additional protection on rough terrain. The package also includes exclusive FX370 graphics and AEV embroidery on the front-seat headrests.
Compared with the FXL, the FX370 skips the oversized HighMark fender flares and the 40-inch tire setup. That not only lowers the price but also gives the truck a cleaner, less aggressive appearance while retaining much of the off-road capability that defines its more extreme sibling.
Pricing for the FX370 package starts at $19,999, excluding the cost of the truck itself. By comparison, the FXL package with 40-inch tires starts at $25,999. AEV has already opened pre-orders, with production of customer trucks scheduled to begin this fall.
AEV says the FX370 was developed for owners who regularly venture off the beaten path but still rely on their Ford Super Duty as a daily driver. The goal was to create a package that delivers a well-rounded combination of off-road performance, on-road comfort, and value.
