Mercedes-Maybach has revealed the V12 Edition as the final model powered by its iconic twelve-cylinder engine.
Mercedes-Maybach has presented a special edition that serves as the grand finale for its legendary V12 engines. Production will be limited to just 50 units, each one symbolizing ultimate exclusivity. From gold-trimmed details to custom MANUFAKTUR personalization programs, every element underscores absolute luxury.
From its earliest years, Maybach has been associated with uncompromising quality and a relentless pursuit of perfection. In the early 20th century, Wilhelm and Karl Maybach defined their mission: to build cars that exceeded the expectations of the most demanding clients. This vision gave rise to the Maybach Zeppelin — a 1930s icon of engineering progress and social prestige.
The Zeppelin stood out with its 12-cylinder engine producing up to 200 hp, a top speed of 106 mph, and unmatched comfort. Every detail, from the dashboard to the upholstery, was made to individual order.
Today, Mercedes-Maybach returns to its roots with the V12 Edition. At its heart is a 6.0-liter engine delivering 612 hp and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. The car sprints from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.5 seconds, but the engine’s tone and character are tuned for a smooth, almost effortless pull.
The model is finished in a striking two-tone paint — olive metallic paired with obsidian black. Applying the paint takes up to ten days of meticulous work. Exclusive wheels, gold-trimmed emblems, and “1 of 50” badges highlight the car’s rarity.
Inside, the V12 Edition is a fusion of craftsmanship and artistry: Nappa leather, walnut trim, hand-stitched embroidery, and gold inlays transform the cabin into a rolling masterpiece.
Beyond design, the V12 Edition is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
Each car also comes with exclusive accessories: Robbe & Berking silver glasses, a bespoke MANUFAKTUR key holder, and premium floor mats.
