Aston Martin Invests in Real Estate: Aston Martin Residences Coming to Florida’s Coastline
Aston Martin is taking another bold step beyond the world of high-performance cars — this time into luxury real estate. The company has announced plans to build a beachfront residential tower in Daytona Beach, Florida, called Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach, in partnership with Valor Real Estate Development. The project is part of the brand’s broader strategy to diversify and expand its presence beyond automotive design.
Located at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, the 18-story tower will sit right on the oceanfront and feature 86 apartments totaling over 215,000 square feet of living space. The top two floors will house eight ultra-luxury duplex penthouses, while two lower levels will serve as parking — because owners of DB12s and DBX707s need somewhere fitting to park their cars.
Depending on the unit, residents will enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean or a more grounded vista that includes neighboring hotels — and yes, the Burger King across the street. Amenities will include direct beach access, a restaurant, an artisan bakery, and a full range of upscale services designed to deliver a resort-like living experience.
According to Stefano Saporetti, Aston Martin’s Director of Brand Strategy and Development, the project embodies the company’s vision to move “beyond automotive excellence and into the realm of curated lifestyle experiences.” Construction is expected to be completed by 2029.
In true Aston Martin fashion, this isn’t just another condo tower — it’s a dream on the oceanfront, complete with British elegance, a parking space for your supercar, and a tongue-in-cheek view of a Burger King sign just across the way.
