Eminem Turns 53: The Cars Driven by the Legendary Rapper

Eminem has long been known as a car lover, and his garage has featured some rare sports cars and powerful SUVs. We’ve gathered five of the most interesting vehicles owned by the rap icon.

On October 17, legendary rapper and Grammy and Oscar winner Eminem (real name Marshall Mathers) celebrates his 53nd birthday. Beyond music, he’s famous for his love of luxury SUVs and high-performance sports cars. Here are some of the most notable vehicles that have belonged to him.

Hummer H2

Almost every rap artist of the 2000s had a Hummer H2 in their garage — and Eminem was no exception. The rugged SUV came with two gasoline V8 engine options: a 6.0-liter and a 6.2-liter. It featured a body-on-frame design and four-wheel drive. Production of the H2 ended in 2009.

Among Mathers’ collection was a rare version of the American muscle icon — the 1970 Dodge Super Bee. This “transitional” model bridged the first and second generations and was available only as a coupe with big-block engines ranging from 6.3 to 7.2 liters.

Ferrari 575M Maranello

The Italian automaker built only about 2,000 units of the Ferrari 575M Maranello, and Eminem was one of the lucky owners. The 575M came with a 5.7-liter V12 engine producing 533 horsepower and could reach a top speed of 200 mph (320 km/h). The model was produced in the 2000s and was available as both a coupe and a convertible.

Eminem also owned a track-focused version of the legendary Porsche 911 — the GT3 RS. This hardcore variant was designed specifically for racing enthusiasts, offering rear-wheel drive and a 4.0-liter flat-six engine that delivered over 510 horsepower.

Oldsmobile Delta 88

Fans will recognize this big American sedan from 8 Mile, where Eminem’s character drove a beat-up 1976 Oldsmobile Delta 88. The car likely had a 5.7-liter V8 engine producing around 160 horsepower.
