Tesla has rolled out an updated version of its mobile app for its electric vehicles, introducing a new feature that many owners are sure to appreciate: the ability to locate your car in a parking lot.

The new function is designed to help drivers find their vehicle in crowded parking garages or in situations where they simply can’t remember where they parked. An on-screen arrow guides users toward the car in real time, while the app also displays the exact distance to the parked vehicle.

Previously, Tesla owners could locate their car by address within the mobile app, using the built-in map to pinpoint its position and plan a route. However, the new car-finder feature makes searching for a vehicle in a parking lot easier, faster, and far less stressful.

The updated Tesla app also introduces several additional features, including Dog Mode and a Photobooth function with filters and stickers.
