Hyundai pulled the wraps off the Elantra N TCR Edition in Los Angeles — the most hardcore take on the brand’s sport sedan, shaped by experience from the TCR racing series. The model celebrates Hyundai’s success in IMSA and, after its debut in Canada, is now heading to the U.S. for the first time.

Compared with the standard Elantra N, this edition leans heavily into track-inspired engineering. The most eye-catching piece is a swan-neck carbon rear wing that looks like it was lifted straight off a race car. Lightweight 19-inch forged wheels help trim mass and are designed to pair with upsized, four-piston monoblock calipers. The powertrain stays untouched, giving buyers a choice between a manual gearbox or DCT.

Outside, it picks up TCR badging, special door-projector lighting, and Hyundai’s signature Performance Blue paint. Inside, the cabin gets Alcantara on the steering wheel, shifter, and armrest, along with seatbelts finished in a matching blue tone.

U.S. sales are slated for the first quarter of 2026. Production will be limited, with pricing to be revealed closer to launch. It’s still a street-legal Elantra — just one that edges far closer to a real track tool than ever before.
