This Custom Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 Build Turns Heads as “Jet Frost”

Builders reimagined a Harley cruiser with winter-inspired styling, creating a striking yet controversial custom.

This Custom Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 Build Turns Heads as “Jet Frost”

The Jet Frost project offers a fresh interpretation of the iconic Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 from the Lithuanian workshop Killer Custom. The build combines aggressive styling with a winter-themed aesthetic, creating a machine that stands out among modern customs. At the same time, the concept has sparked debate among motorcycle enthusiasts about its purpose and design direction.

Jet Frost is far more than a routine customization of a Street Bob. Instead, it’s an attempt to rethink the familiar image of an American cruiser in an unconventional setting. The project immediately grabs attention thanks to its striking black-and-white color scheme and a photoshoot staged against a snowy landscape. Despite the visual hints of a snow machine, however, Jet Frost remains strictly a street motorcycle—which arguably makes the idea even more unusual.

The base for the build is a 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114. Yet relatively little of the stock bike remains untouched. The team at Killer Custom dramatically reshaped the exterior by adding a new spoiler, redesigned side panels, radiator covers, and modified fenders tailored for non-standard wheels and tires. Up front, the motorcycle features a redesigned headlight with an aggressive fairing, while the rear section was streamlined for a cleaner and more compact look.

The bike also sits lower than the original thanks to revised suspension mounting components at both ends, noticeably changing its stance and handling character. Another highlight is the custom seat, which not only complements the overall Jet Frost theme but also alters the riding experience compared to the stock model.

Interestingly, the engine itself remains unchanged. The motorcycle still uses the factory 114-cubic-inch Milwaukee-Eight V-Twin—a 1.9-liter engine that delivers the same performance and reliability as the original production model. By leaving the powertrain untouched, the builders preserved the core spirit of a Harley while focusing their efforts on visual transformation.

The workshop hasn’t revealed the full cost of the project. However, estimates suggest the parts package alone runs about $7,000. That figure doesn’t include paintwork, labor, or the motorcycle itself. A new Street Bob starts at roughly $14,999, meaning the final cost of a completed Jet Frost build could easily exceed $30,000.

Despite its bold appearance, Jet Frost isn’t meant to challenge Harley tradition too aggressively. Instead, it feels like a stylish and respectful reinterpretation of a classic cruiser, with every detail carefully considered but without trying to shock the audience. That approach may appeal to riders who want something distinctive without abandoning the heritage of Harley-Davidson.

And while the snowy photoshoot might suggest winter performance, experts point out that Jet Frost was never designed to tackle deep snow—the bike’s true habitat remains the open asphalt.
