Cadillac Escalade IQ Turns Heads With Deep Burgundy Paint and Bold Forgiato Wheels
A burgundy electric Escalade IQ on Forgiato wheels — striking style statement or a step too far?
The Cadillac Escalade IQ has surfaced with a dramatic new look, featuring a rich burgundy exterior paired with custom Forgiato wheels. The all-electric SUV immediately stands apart from more conventional versions, combining strong performance, long range, and eye-catching design that makes it hard to ignore.
This latest appearance puts the Escalade IQ back in the spotlight. Finished in a deep wine-red shade, the electric SUV looks nothing like the Escalades most people are used to seeing. The color alone draws attention, but the matching Forgiato wheels take things even further, giving the vehicle a commanding presence in traffic.

The Forgiato wheels are the most talked-about detail. Painted to match the body, they feature a bold, almost disc-like design that emphasizes the Escalade IQ’s size. While exact dimensions haven’t been disclosed, their proportions suggest at least 24-inch wheels, and possibly as large as 26 inches. On a full-size electric SUV, that scale feels deliberate and reinforces its luxury image.
Power comes from a dual-motor setup. In Velocity Max mode, the Escalade IQ delivers up to 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. Despite its substantial weight, the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 4.7 seconds, an impressive figure for a vehicle of this size.

The battery is equally substantial, with a capacity of over 200 kWh. Cadillac estimates a driving range of up to 465 miles on a full charge. Thanks to fast-charging capability of up to 350 kW, drivers can add roughly 117 miles of range in just 10 minutes. Even on less powerful chargers, the vehicle can recover about 22 miles in the same time.
Although it carries the famous Escalade name, the Escalade IQ shares little with the traditional gas-powered model. It rides on General Motors’ BT1 platform, the same architecture used by the GMC Hummer EV and Chevrolet Silverado EV. This means a purpose-built electric design focused on high output, visible battery packaging, and modern EV performance.

Pricing starts at $127,405. For that money, buyers get a long-range electric SUV with serious power—and the option to stand out thanks to an unconventional color and wheel combination. Naturally, the styling won’t appeal to everyone. Some will applaud the boldness, while others may find it over the top.
Either way, the burgundy Escalade IQ on Forgiato wheels is a memorable example of how modern electric vehicles can make a statement not just through technology, but through design as well.
