1,876 Horsepower and 0–62 mph in Just 1.8 Seconds: Another Chinese Supercar Debuts in Las Vegas—from a Maker of Vacuums and Hair Dryers
Despite having four doors, the car looks far more like a supercar than a traditional sedan.
Chinese company Dreame, best known for making vacuum cleaners and household electronics, made an unexpected entry into the automotive spotlight by unveiling a high-performance electric concept at CES in Las Vegas.
According to Chinese sources, the model—called the Kosmera Nebula 1—produces an astonishing 1,876 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 1.8 seconds, putting it ahead of the Porsche Taycan on paper. Earlier, Dreame had shown renderings that appeared heavily inspired by Bugatti, which initially sparked skepticism.

The real-world debut, however, changed that perception. The physical car looks far closer in spirit to Italian supercars, with sleek, aggressive proportions and a design that blends subtle cues from Bugatti and the Ferrari F8 Tributo without resorting to direct imitation.

Even with four doors, the Nebula 1 reads visually as a supercar rather than a sedan. Its extensive carbon-fiber aerodynamic package and large rear wing further reinforce its performance-focused character.
Under the skin, the concept features a quad-motor electric drivetrain delivering a combined output of 1,399 kilowatts, equivalent to 1,876 horsepower. In terms of straight-line performance, the Nebula 1 is in the same league as China’s fastest electric vehicles, including the Yangwang U9 and Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, while also rivaling European hypercars.

For now, the project remains a concept and does not yet have a finished interior. At the Kosmera booth, two additional low-slung four-door vehicles were also on display. One appeared to be a variation of the Nebula 1, while the other is believed to be a plug-in hybrid.
Dreame says production could begin as early as the end of the year at a planned facility in Berlin.
If the claimed performance figures hold up and pricing proves competitive, the Kosmera Nebula 1 could pose a serious challenge to the Porsche Taycan in the high-performance electric segment.
