2027 Infiniti QX65 Debuts: Sleek New Coupe-Style Crossover Revealed in First Look

Infiniti has officially pulled the wraps off its all-new QX65, a midsize coupe-style crossover that combines striking design, a practical cabin, and solid performance. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest addition to the lineup.

Set to join Infiniti’s range for the 2027 model year, the QX65 expands the brand’s SUV family with a sportier alternative to its more traditional offerings. It’s closely related to the QX60, though it drops the third row in favor of a sleeker profile and added cargo flexibility.

Buyers will be able to choose from three trims—Luxe, Sport, and Autograph. Every version comes equipped with a 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine producing 268 horsepower. While this is the same engine found in the QX60, it’s been retuned specifically for the QX65.

Engineers also fine-tuned the sound and recalibrated the 9-speed automatic transmission, giving it a more responsive feel, especially during downshifts. All-wheel drive comes standard across the lineup, along with design touches like an illuminated Infiniti badge integrated into the front grille.

From a styling perspective, the QX65 follows the same design direction introduced on the QX60 and QX80, reflecting Infiniti’s updated design language launched in 2025. The automaker says the new crossover also draws inspiration from the early-2000s FX, which is especially noticeable when viewing the vehicle from the side. A two-tone finish, including the new Sunfire Red color, is available on the Autograph trim.

Inside, the QX65 largely mirrors the QX60, with a cabin trimmed in premium materials, including leather across the seats and dashboard. A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster sits beneath a sculpted hood, while a matching 12.3-inch touchscreen handles infotainment duties. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard, while a head-up display is offered as part of a Premium package on higher trims.

Standard equipment includes heated front seats, while the range-topping Autograph adds front-seat massage and heated rear seats. Sport and Autograph models also feature ventilated front seats and a 16-speaker Klipsch audio system.

Despite its sloping roofline, the QX65 remains practical. Without a third row, cargo space measures about 36 cubic feet behind the second row and expands to roughly 68 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. Infiniti says there’s enough room in the trunk for four golf bags with the seats up.

The 2027 Infiniti QX65 is scheduled to arrive at U.S. dealerships in early summer 2026. Pricing will start at $55,535 for the Luxe trim, $57,235 for the Sport, and $64,135 for the Autograph.
