The company's newest model, the Scout, follows that philosophy. Built for year-round living, this tiny home on wheels combines a practical layout with generous storage, two lofts, and modern amenities. Its biggest highlights are a spacious G-shaped kitchen and a standing-height primary bedroom that avoids the cramped feel common in many loft-style tiny homes.

Designed for full-time occupancy, the Scout is built to NOAH standards, meeting established requirements for structural strength, electrical systems, and overall safety.

Based on Indigo River's Homesteader Deluxe platform, the Scout rides on a triple-axle trailer and measures 32 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 13.5 feet tall. The home offers 320 square feet of main living space, plus another 160 square feet spread across its two lofts.

Rather than relying on multi-purpose spaces throughout the interior, the Scout is laid out more like a conventional home with clearly defined living areas. Storage is another major focus. In addition to cabinets and built-in compartments throughout the cabin, the exterior features two storage compartments—a full-width compartment beneath the primary bedroom landing and another above the trailer tongue—providing room for tools, larger gear, or even a pair of bicycles.

The exterior combines modern farmhouse styling with white SmartSide siding, cedar shake accents around the entrance, energy-efficient vinyl windows, a standing-seam steel roof, French doors with double-pane glass, and traditional coach lights flanking the entry.

Inside, the extra width immediately makes a difference. Instead of the narrow hallway layout found in many tiny homes, the Scout offers a more open floor plan that makes moving between rooms feel natural. Just inside the entrance is a raised landing over the wheel well with built-in shoe storage, while the living room benefits from a large picture window that fills the space with natural light.

There's enough room for a full-size couch, and the living area flows directly into what is arguably the home's standout feature—its oversized G-shaped kitchen. The space offers extensive cabinetry, generous countertop space, and dedicated locations for full-size appliances selected by the buyer. Corner cabinets include two lazy Susan organizers, while open wood shelving provides additional storage and display space.

A peninsula extending into the living room doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two, creating a comfortable spot for meals, remote work, or casual gatherings. Nearby, the staircase leading to the loft incorporates additional built-in storage, including a pull-out pantry.

Reached by its own staircase with storage drawers built into each step, the bedroom includes an L-shaped landing and enough space for a king-size bed, although the owner selected a queen. Two full-height closets with custom barn doors and a large dresser provide storage comparable to that of a traditional bedroom.

The second loft sits above the kitchen and features a crawl-in design. Large enough for a king-size mattress, it can serve as a guest bedroom, home office, secondary lounge, or additional storage area.

The bathroom is equally practical for everyday living. It features a spacious layout with a corner vanity, mirror, shelving, and a bathtub equipped with both a standard showerhead and a rainfall showerhead. Instead of a traditional flush toilet, the Scout uses an incinerating toilet, reducing water consumption and making the home better suited for off-grid living.

With its wider footprint, thoughtful floor plan, and residential-style amenities, the Scout is designed to make full-time tiny living feel much closer to life in a conventional home. Pricing starts at about $172,000 for a standard Homesteader Deluxe build, with the final cost depending on the buyer's selected options and custom upgrades.
