First Concept Art of the Next-Generation Subaru Tribeca Revealed

The Subaru Tribeca was on sale between 2005 and 2014, primarily targeting the North American market. Despite offering seating for seven, the crossover failed to capture significant consumer interest. Sales steadily declined, and after nine years of production, the model was discontinued.

Now, the design studio Digimods Design has unveiled its own vision of what a brand-new Subaru Tribeca could look like if the nameplate were ever revived.

In the renderings, the Japanese seven-seater SUV features a closed-off grille hinting at electrification, sleek and sharp LED headlights, and a massive front bumper that emphasizes the vehicle’s rugged character.

From the side, the virtual concept showcases flowing body lines, matte-black wheel arch extensions, and geometrically styled alloy wheels. Large roof rails complete the look.

Still, despite its appealing design, such a vehicle is unlikely to become reality anytime soon. Since discontinuing the Tribeca, Subaru has not hinted at bringing it back, instead focusing on updating its current lineup and launching entirely new models.
