Lincoln Unveils a Relaxation Pod Designed to Help Visitors Recharge

Lincoln has introduced an unusual concept called The Sanctuary: By Lincoln Rejuvenate, an immersive relaxation pod created to deliver a brief escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Designed by Lincoln's own creative team, the structure features tall vertical windows and subtle branding cues. The exterior is finished in a two-tone combination of Sunrise Copper and White Platinum, while the interior houses a premium leather seat borrowed from the Lincoln Navigator, complete with a built-in massage function.

Visitors can choose from five different wellness programs, each lasting either five or ten minutes. The experience combines several sensory elements, including a fragrance diffuser with Lincoln's signature scents, a Revel premium sound system, a 48-inch display, and ambient lighting that responds to movement.

The Sanctuary: By Lincoln Rejuvenate was available to the public in mid-June at New York City's High Line park as part of activities surrounding Global Wellness Day.

According to Lincoln, the installation was designed to bring "a sense of calm, comfort, and renewal" into people's lives. The project reflects the luxury brand's growing focus on wellness and the idea that vehicles—and the experiences surrounding them—can offer more than just transportation.

While the pod isn't headed for production, it highlights how automakers are increasingly exploring lifestyle-oriented experiences that extend beyond the driver's seat.
